Physiotherapy
“Physiotherapy is a primary health care profession that promotes physical health, mobility and independent function” – The Canadian Physiotherapy Association
Physiotherapy is a profession that uses a multitude of treatment techniques to help you move pain-free and achieve your movement goals. Physiotherapists are experts in the diagnosis and treatment of physical conditions, with the most common goals being elimination of pain, improvement in function, prevention of injury, and optimization of performance.
A comprehensive assessment allows us to develop a treatment plan that is individualized and addresses the root cause of the condition. Physiotherapy treatment can include manual therapy, exercise prescription, physical modalities, taping or bracing, lifestyle modification and education. Physiotherapy is intended to help you achieve your individual movement goals!
All our physiotherapy assessments and treatments are done one-on-one, in a private treatment room, with no aids. This ensures that we provide you with the high-quality, individualized care that you deserve!
